Chris FIORESCU has been assisting us since October 2002 as a guest. The White Shark Trust Field Research Assistantship is proud to introduce you to our assistants:
Lydia HO from Toronto (Canada), Costa KONNARIS from Cyprus, Jennie SANDBERG from Galveston (USA), Linda HEAP from Perth (Australia) and Paul GROVES from Perth (Australia).
We went back to the harbour to fetch Tracey, who had not yet seen dolphins in the wild... she joined us in this wonderful experience...

But enough dolphins... otherwise, I will have to change the name of this organisation... We surely would have gotten a lot more dorsal fin photographs of dolphins today than sharks!

In the afternoon, we then visited the Southernmost Lighthouse built in 1848 in Agulhas... and proceeded to play tourists on the well known landmark seperating the two oceans at the tip of Africa...
Another braai... this time a freshly caught yellowtail... probably, at least according to my taste, the most delicious fish...

The next day, the weather changed slowly, but we have a nice day at sea... and on Saturday, a windy storm hit the region, so we went on an excursion to Arniston for the day...

We are very thankful to Struisbaai House Rentals for organising our accommodation during our stay, and to Chris Smith for accommodating us in his house at a good rate.
